What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a professional relationship that helps individuals achieve results and sustain life-changing behaviors!

Although many coaches take extensive courses, many others are without credentials. Truly anyone can declare himself a life coach! Be assured that I have undergone formal training at one of the largest and pioneering coaching organizations: The Co-Active Training Institute. The training from this organization is accredited by the ICF (International Coaches Federation).

People come to coaching for lots of different reasons, but the bottom line is a desire for “change”.

Sometimes individuals are clear about what they want but just can’t seem to “get there”. These goal-oriented seekers want change in areas of their lives including their career, fitness level, relationships, ability to manage a difficult life transition ie. caring for elderly parents

Sometimes individuals need help figuring out what they want.

Sometimes people feel unfulfilled but just can’t quite put their finger on “what they want to do”!

Coaching can fast-track you to starting a new chapter in your life or to shift from “retiring” to “re-wiring”!

Sometimes, as a result of injury or health changes, there is need to discover a new way to “walk through life”.

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. I received my certification from the Co-Active Training Institute inSan Rafael, California. This organization provides the industry’s most rigorous certification program and is accredited by the International Coaches’ Federation.

If you make a wrong turn or run out of gas… I’m there to support and champion you!

When you are frustrated and feel like stopping… we pull over and deepen your learning about yourself and your limiting beliefs!

I have tools and techniques that help you access your own answers… and see the wonderful truth of who you are!

The coolest part of coaching occurs when you start experiencing YOURSELF and your JOURNEY through different eyes!

Coaching helps you “be the best version of yourself” as you start “living your best life”!

I don’t have you processing your past (as you would with therapy)

What to expect ?

The first coaching visit is called the “DISCOVERY SESSION” and it is extensive. It requires a minimum two hour period of time.

Coaching may occur either in person, on the phone or zoom (discounted price for phone or zoom).

During this in-depth visit we will create the foundation for our coaching relationship

During this evaluation, we will:

  • design our coaching relationship (how you want to be coached and held accountable)

  • clarity your values

  • crystallize your goals

  • formulate a pathway to achieve your goals

What happens after the DISCOVERY SESSION?

Coaching is not a quick fix. It takes time to “re-wire” your belief systems about yourself and gain traction in moving forward in your life.

For this reason, coaching requires a 3-month commitment.

Coaching usually occurs in 1/2 hour session, over the phone or on zoom
